| • 100% of the total booking cost must be made within 3 days of receipt of hotel confirmation to secure booking.请于收到酒店订房确认函三日内支付总房价全款或以信用卡担保以保留房间。 |
| • Cancellation Policy: If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days (prior to 3.00 p.m. Bangkok time) before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. 1）、要获得50%的住宿费用退款，房客必须在入住日期（泰国时间下午3点为准）前7天整取消预订，否则不予退款。例如入住日期是周五，则需在前一个周五的入住时间之前取消预订。2）、如果房客未能在7天前取消预订，未住宿天数的房费将不予退还。3）、如果房客已入住但决定提前退房，剩余天数的房费将不予退还。 |

| • Reservation confirmation and cancellation must be confirmed to and by the hotel by a dated fax., e-mail or phone message.预定确认及取消都需酒店以传真，邮件或手机讯息为依据。 |
| • Check in after 2.00 pm (1400 hrs). Check out before 12.00 noon (1200 hrs). 入住时间：下午2点以后，退房时间：中午12点前。 |
| • Free of charge for children under 6 years old (no bedding will be provided). Baht 500 for extra adult/child above 6 years old with bedding and breakfast. Additional guests to be advised to the hotel in advance.“每个房间最多可容納2名6歲以下的兒童，使用現有床鋪不收費。 所有額外入住的2歲以下的兒童，加嬰兒床不收費。 所有額外入住的满6歲以上的兒童及大人，一律需加床，收費是每晚 THB 500 。每間客房最多容納1張加床（本酒店使用沙发床 ）。所提出的任何加床或嬰兒床的要求均需与飯店申请確認。 |

| • All pool villas are semi-detached. Each pool is for guests who stay in the villa attached to use privately. 所有私人泳池别墅是联体的,每一套泳池只能提供住在当套的客人使用。 |
| • The units located upper floors ( D2 / D3/ D4) are without excess to the private pools unless permitted by the management office. 入住楼上D2 / D3 / D4的客人不能使用一楼私人泳池别墅的泳池，除非当日泳池有空並与前台确认可以使用后才可以进入使用。 |
| • All guests take full responsibility for the proper use of the swimming pools and for their own and their guest’s safety. All pools are only 120 cm deep and no lifeguards will be in attendance. 所有住客需正当使用泳池並负责自身安全，所有泳池只有120公分深，没有配救生人员。 |
